Ideally in groups of 5-6, we complete in-person profile immersion sessions, ensuring everyone understands their profile and how to use it.

All participants complete 30 questions which gives them their individual bespoke personality profile.

A 1-2-1 call is scheduled with all participants following completion of the profile to check understanding and outline the next steps.

2-3 DAY PROGRAMME

Larger groups of up to 30 complete a dynamic and immersive collection of sessions, building on the foundation of the personality profiling and bespoke to your business. All participants receive a detailed digital notes documents from these sessions.

WEEK 2

All participants complete 30 questions which gives them their individual bespoke personality profile.

WEEK 3

A 1-2-1 call is scheduled with all participants following completion of the profile to check understanding and outline the next steps.
