HALF-DAY PROFILE IMMERSION

Ideally in groups of 5-6, we complete in-person profile immersion sessions, ensuring everyone understands their profile and how to use it. 

WEEK 1

WEEK 2

All participants complete 30 questions which gives them their individual bespoke personality profile.

WEEK 3

A 1-2-1 call is scheduled with all participants following completion of the profile to check understanding and outline the next steps.

WEEK 5-9

2 DAY PROGRAMME

The whole exec is then taken through a 2-day programme adding layers of content onto the foundation of personality profiling with a view to leading today and into the future. 

WEEK 1

WEEK 2

All participants complete 30 questions which gives them their individual bespoke personality profile.

WEEK 3

A 1-2-1 call is scheduled with all participants following completion of the profile to check understanding and outline the next steps.
